Contact us directly via our Contact Us page and we can set up this type of recurring donation with you over the phone. You can start and stop this option at any time but please allow 2 days to process your request.
PHYSF strives to be a responsible steward of its donor’s funds. For that reason, nearly every cost incurred by PHYSF, from post office box fees, to copying costs, to web hosting fees and everything in between, is either received as an in-kind donation or is specifically underwritten by one of our generous donors. Our board and staff all volunteer their time. This means that almost every dollar we receive, unless the donor requests otherwise, funds our scholarships.
We are funded in four ways:
1.) By individual donors. Donors like you provide much of the money that funds our scholarships. Please consider donating today by one of these methods:
(a) Mail a check payable to PHYSF to: PFLAG/HATCH Youth Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 667010, Houston, Texas 77266.
(b) Use the secure "Simple Check Out Donation" buttons above.
(c) Use our "Contact Us" option to notify us of your desire to set up a recurring donation using the Authroize.Net Automatic Recurring Billing Subscription Program.
2.) By Spring Fling attendees. Our annual Spring Fling Celebration gives our donors and the larger GLBT community an opportunity to meet some of our exceptional scholarship recipients and to learn how PHYSF is impacting these students’ lives.
3.) By legacy gifts. PHYSF encourages individuals to leave a gift to the scholarship program or the endowment fund as a part of their estate plans. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact PHYSF for more information.
4.) By funders of named scholarships. PHYSF administers a variety of scholarships named for major donors and prominent GLBT activists.
